Good morning!

When I log in from my work computer I can access all I have done thus far. However, when I try and log in at home and go to the same world I have been playing in, the game starts at the very beginning where I have to choose whether I am an elf or a human. How do I correct this, please?

Thank you for reporting your issue.

I do not know which country you are in, but I suspect you are being redirected to your local language Elvenar server when you try to log in from home. Your work may be using a proxy that shows as from a different country. Could you please type in the following address into the address bar of your browser when you get home and inform me if that allows you to log in to the account and world you are playing?

If it does work then you can bookmark it and in that way have access from home much easier.
