Question Level 6 Marble Manufactory Upgrades

I just completed the Marble Manufactory Upgrades in research level 6 but haven't seen any effect on my existing marble manufactories. Neither do I see an option for a new building in the Buildings/Goods options. What changes/upgrades should take place with this achievement?

There should be an upgrade available on the building now.
On the upgrade tab, the "research" button should change to "upgrade" or "move & upgrade".
