My Frozen Father Tree isn't clickable for neighbourly help. I even got someone to check. There just isn't an option for it. I know the Father Tree has culture bonus so the Frozen one should too right?

At the moment, the event buildings from the Snow Flurry event may not receive neighborly help, indeed. This will be changed along with the next game version update. We are very sorry for this inconvenience.
