Why was the other thread closed down?
Was it fixed? no.

This is still WILDLY prevalent, its making NH very laborious.
I've had it happen on 2 polishes sometimes as long as 6 before it crashes.

reload game, same thing.

It would be good if we got a reply from anyone at INNO about it.

Any mod reading this you do it.
Use IE11 visit your neighbours see how far you get before you have to reload.

man this is still happening, its like every minute or two I have to constantly reload Elvenar as its crashes constantly in IE11, I do not get this in Chrome

Firerock, IE is an obsolete browser. Microsoft replaced it with Edge. You can't use Netscape Navigator either

Whatever it is that's ailing IE has now found its way to Chrome, everybody in my Fellowship is complaining about freezes and crashes in Chrome when doing neighbourhood visits.
Whatever this is completely crashes every open browser on my computer, it takes 10 mins recovery time for my CPU to settle again.
I've tried clearing the cache, I've tried forcing a flash player update, nothing works.
This has gone on too long and needs fixing before more players that are not tech savy leave the game
