Question How many perk points do I have?

How can I see how many perk points are in my archive, when the activity is not actually running?

For example, where do I look to see how many tournament perks, before the tournament starts? Where can I see the spire perks in the archive, after the spire has ended?

you can't and this would be something great for Inno to add to the information above the spire and tournament perks when hovering over them........so Inno, please add this information to their HUDs ty
