Current situation:
Horizontal and vertical lines appear in dialog boxes and sometimes when hovering in the town view

Confirmed it doesn't show at 100% zoom, is unpleasant to play though (I have a massive monitor because I don't see so well.)

I am not sure I understand what "Not a bug" means?
It didn't happen before the patch, so a visual defect happened BECAUSE of the patch, which is the definition of a bug?

Also, why can't I find this thread other than searching? Is it in the "not a bug" section and I am blind?

All so confusing...
