Answered Game Not Loading

For the last 24 hours my game wont load. The main page doesnt load completely so the drop down menu listing the various servers isnt there. If you click to go to one of the cities you have that is showing, it just loads a dark blue screen and then stops. I have emptied cache, rebooted etc but no change.
I have noticed in various groups on facebook that other people are having a similar problem. Any suggestions?
