Answered Game keeps crashing

Every time I try doing a trade or working in a tournament my game just crashes and shuts down/ closes! I can’t even write the support forum or my fellowship! Can anyone help?

On PC you can try to - reload the site (F5) - clear cache - clear cookies - reboot - use another browser
On Mobile you can try to - close and reopen app - clear cache - clear app data - reboot
