Question Fight button grayed out in the Fellowship Tournament.

The fight button is grayed out in my Fellowship Tournament and won't allow me to fight. The cater button works, but I don't want to cater. I had trouble with provinces 1 thru 6 but if I closed them and then reopened the fight window then the button was ok and I could fight. That isn't working for provinces 7 and 8. I catered province 7 but didn't want to. I am stuck on 8. I closed Elvenar and signed in again, but that didn't help. Why? Please help.

Also, when I catered province 7 I only received 2 knowledge points instead of the 4 promised.
