no updaes available and no error messages using chrome

Have you tried clearing your browser cache to see if it'll load after clearing? If not, I would recommend doing that.

yup cleared cache and already subited a ticket but that seems to be going no where at the moment will ahve to see

Can you get a screenshot of whatever is displaying on your screen of the chat not loading? Could you try using a different browser to see if the problem persists?
