You need to talk to your Archmage that can either collect it for you or can promote you to Ambassador or Mage so you can collect it yourself. If your Archmage is inactive, you can contact support to make someone else Archmage.

on the same lines as @Silly Bubbles says......looks as though there is ONLY an Archmage there who is active but out of the 22 members, 14 members inactive soooo.......either the Archmage needs to clean house, recruit more members or IMO you might want to find a more active fellowship where this would not be a problem

I suggest to find a new fellowship, yours is inactive, check the fellowship threads at the bottom of the forum main page and apply for one recruiting that is in the same Elvenar world your city is located in.
