ok i am in a fellowship of 22 members, only 5 or 6 of us are working along the way points, in the Adventure, my question is, do all members get the rewards, even the inactive members,

of course that means you can actually get people that contribute 1 single badge per map and get full rewards for placing a whopping total of 3 badges... completely inactive people won´t receive rewards, but that hardly matters now...

@TravelerSuzyq55745 - keep in mind, after each event that has as reward an evolving building will come a Fellowship Adventure. Knowing this will give you plenty of time to wake up your less active fellows, to set a strategy, to be clear who will participate, what they can produce/ how many mini WSs and T1 they can build ... and so on.
