I'm certain it's been asked before, both for FAs and Events, but I forget. What is the status of T4 goods production and Necklace/Statues badges? I have several T1 and T4 boosted manufacturies, and they don't have 1 or 2 day production options. Can I use them for FA long-term badge production or not?

Sentient goods productions counted as standard goods productions of the same duration in the latest events. I guess this could change at any time without notice.

So 3 and 9 hour T4 = 3 and 9 hour T1, yes? But no way to make 1 or 2 day productions in a T4 capable manufacury?

Yes, you are correct Sir Derf, we must make wee factories for 24 and 48 hour productions.
