It would be excellent when casting an EE spell to a different color (ie. green etc.) on culture that has been helped by neighbors. The color purple should remain to show all that are able to receive an EE spell, but the ones that are helped should be green or another color to help our Elven Eyes, and save time from going back and forth to City and Spell mode.

I would second that. On my main city I only feed certain specific culture buildings, but I have another city where I'm looking to drop spells on the ones that are helped already and it's a little frustrating to keep pressing cancel and having another check.
