Question Encorcled Endowment

Why is it that I can't enchant my phoenixes with Encorcled Endowment? You can apply neighborly help to them, they give culture but you can't enchant them. I think this is just for evolving pet buildings, but not normal evolving evolving buildings. I don't have a normal evolving building for me to prove it. I asked a member of my fellowship about it, they said that their wise golem could be enchanted but not their phoenixes. Any idea why?

You cannot enchant any pet that needs petfood, I believe this is to avoid confusion of a pet showing as fed as it uses the same visual effect as when you place an EE spell on a building.

They probably said that pet buildings are already powerful enough because of the feeding.
Just a balance thing I'd say...
