My Enar's embassy has just finished creating a broken shard and I cannot collect it its stuck, I've tried refreshing page but it doesn't help here's a screenshot...

You can't hold more than 10 Broken Shards. So if you already have 10 you won't be able to collect from your Embassy until you used them.
