Hi,just started playing elementals,so i have a queston.Do i need all Tier 1 manufactories,marble,wood and steel or just the boosted one because i got a quest that i can"t decline that said i have to get steel manufactory to lvl. 16 nad my boosted factory is marble?

Your boosted Sentient Goods production is your current boosted basic production plus 1. So in your case it's steel and you don't need planks at all. Usually, one is enough, some people build more than that if they have enough seeds as upgrades to your marble will need a lot of Sentient Goods.
