With the disappearance of over 40 city from my province and of course the reduction of income (coins) I have lost over 900,000 coins per day to date, with minimum scouting costs of 850,000 coins now, I don't even earn enough to open a new province, so whats the chances of reducing scouts costs to match cities lost, although I have been told cities will be replaced when all areas are going through the same changes, this is going to take a long time, in order to forge forward and potentially open new cities the only way is by scouting and conquering provinces, so a bit of give and take would be nice.
