Have you received an unwanted or abusive message from another player?
You do not have to let anybody send you messages that upset you.
If you have one of those abusive messages in your inbox, open the message. On the left top corner you find the profile picture of the sender. Below this picture is an envelope and next to it is an exclamation mark.
Click on the exclamation mark and the window comes up for reporting a message:
Here you can now report the message and put that player on your Ignore List. If you want to make sure that you'll have evidence of their behaviour, take a screenshot of the message.
