If anyone is having problems with not receiving Diamonds, please do as Damon suggested and contact support. We can then look into this for you, and make sure you get the Diamonds you paid for.
You can contact support by right clicking in game and choosing 'Support' from the menu, or by going to the main page of this forum, and on the right you will see a panel with links, one of which is Support.

Whichever method you choose, you will either need to enter your login details, or if you have forgotten these, you can select to submit a ticket via email, by clicking the word 'here' under the login area. It helps us when choosing this option if you use the email that you used when registering for Elvenar International, as this enables us to find your account details more easily.
