Do Elvenar days change at midnight at longitude 0° (Greenwich) or 180° (International Date Line)?

On the International Server, our Day "begins" at 00:00 Central European Time

So always use this Time Zone!

But I have noticed that currently, my divine seeds (etc.) decay at 1500 my time. I am AEDT+11 this summer in eastern Australia. So is this indicating that the decay-clock starts at 0500 CET ?

It appears that I am playing on the EN1 server, if that makes any difference.

For me GMT some things like events reset at Midnight others at 11pm so CET 00:00 and decay at 04:00 or 03:00 dependant on summertime or not.

Yes, same here - not everything that happens daily happens at the same time.
