Dear Humans and Elves,

We are sorry to announce that we are currently experiencing problems with loading both the Arendyll and Winyandor worlds on our International servers. Our development team is working hard on resolving these issues, but it is a complicated issue and it is taking longer than expected to resolve the problems. Please know that we are doing everything we can to get you back into the game as quickly as possible.

We apologize for this major inconvenience and ask for your patience while we're working on this issue.

While we're waiting for our favorite game to come back online, we'd like to invite you to participate in some forum games in the Lounge section of our forum, so that we can kill the waiting time together, in good company. :)

We have an update on this: we have just made some changes on Winyandor (not on Arendyll yet), and results are promising so far. Please let us know if you also see improvements, so that we know if we should also make the same changes on Arendyll or if we should continue looking for other solutions.

The changes we made seem to have been successful in solving the issues. Therefore we are now working on creating a new game version that includes those changes, and we will install these on our International worlds today. Expect an update of the servers sometime in the next hour. This update will cause a short downtime (as usual with updates). We have to do this, in order to make sure that these changes stay in place even after further updates.

We want to thank you again for your immense patience during the last day, while we were working on resolving these issues for you. And thank you too for giving us your feedback on the last changes to quickly - it helped us determine if they were indeed working as intended greatly!

We have now rolled out the update that we mentioned above, which also means that the issues have now been solved. Thanks again for sticking with us through this situation!

On another note: since the problems caused many players to be unable to participate in the Marble Tournament, we have extended its duration by one day. That means that everyone will have enough chance to complete it. :)

Despite our previous message in this thread, we unfortunately have to say that the problems are not completely fixed yet. Earlier tonight we saw another period with lots of lag and server errors. We're doing what we can to prevent them from happening as much as we can. Please bear with us while we're sorting this out.

Earlier this afternoon we have installed a new version that should fix the problems that we've been having. We are now closely monitoring the performance to see if it is well enough, and will continue to do that for some time. So far it's looking good.

Dear Humans and Elves,

Over the weekend we've seen that our servers have been stable again. Therefore, we have now recalculated everyone's ranking points, to make sure that the they are correct again. With the issues of last week, we noticed that ranking point updates weren't always going through, which is why we have performed this recalculation.

For most people it's likely that there have been either no changes, or you have had points added that hadn't been added before. In some cases (e.g. when you deleted a lot of buildings during the issues last week), it is possible that your ranking points are lower.

Please know that the amount currently shown is the correct and accurate amount of ranking points.
