i have completed advanced scouts it not letting me collect reward

Is it the right Advanced Scouts?
Each Capter of the Research Tree starts with Advanced Scouts, hidden under a chest. If you are near the end of a Chapter, one you can open the Chest, you can complete the research they are asking for.
If you have just completed an Advanced Scouts Research, or are not sure, put in a Support ticket and they will be able to help.

As Horanda said, if you are not looking at the wrong Advanced Scouts, please put in a support ticket so we can look at your account.
