Closed | Archived Completed City Expansion Tech does not give building ability

Hello all,

This is the second time I have researched a city expansion on the tech tree to end up NOT getting the ability to build the expansion.

I am on the last city expansion before the orcs and goblins.

Please help?

the tech tree expansions are requiring lots of coins... do you have enough ?
