I used to play Forge of Empires and they have an VERY useful feature and I was shocked to see this game doesn't have something similar.

[Summary]: Idle Building Notice and Ready to Collect Notice icons

[Details]: An icon should pop up if you have an idle building or buildings that are done producing and are ready to Collect.

[Reasons for Implementing]: Too many times I've left a building idle or missed its collection. I can only imagine how difficult this must be to SEE with a very large city.

[Balance]: Buildings will always be collected and producing while the player won't have to worry about if they missed one or two or three...

These icons already exist.
Any building that produces something shows a ZZZ icon if production needs to be set.
Any building that can be collected shows an icon representing what is collectable.
Production buildings only lack an icon when they are actively producing.
