I lost chat from about 10:30 am BST until this morning when I logged on - then all previous chat was displayed.

At the same time I lost some but not all mail and have not been able to recover these.

Hello @axelbloodaxe ,

Did you try to clear your caché if you are using a browser? We have seen this issue happening every now and then and the devs are aware of it. It is not likely that you will be able to recover these messages, but you can send a request to support so we can check it out

Thanks I'll clear the cache and see if it makes a difference
