Answered Archmage disappeared??

Hi all, the Fellowship I'm in has just lost it's Archmage - which has been replaced by the lowest ranking member who does not appear to be active. Is it possible the Archmage quit (I was under the impression he may have been illiterate, so not certain how he created the Fellowship {Autistics United} in the first place) the game and a random replacement was issued? Although I have messaged the new Archmage, I'm not confident he will respond since he only has had 41 ranking points all week.
Other than leaving and finding a new fellowship, any other advice?
Thanks in advance.

If you are unable to contact your new AM and you believe he is inactive the best thing to do is lodge a ticket with Support and they will be able to change it to someone else.

Thanks for that. I am trying to be loyal to the fellowship and would prefer it not to just disappear. Your response gives me some hope at least!

Sounds like the AM quit the game, support should be able to help but give the AM to the most active mage in the fellowship as I understand it.

Don't despair though, there are many fellowships in the top 50 recruiting and several would be able to fit you and your other active fellows.

I'm not sure but i think someone said the AM has to have been inactive for at least 30 days before they will be replaced with another member of the fellowship.

Thanks Timneh, that may well be a vital piece of info!
I'll probably give it another 7 days and check the new AM's activity before quierying support anyway.

Correct, and make sure to contact our support, we can help you with this situation :)

Thank you all. Ticket has been submitted. I shall let you know the results. A player messaged me to say the previous Archmage was removed by the bots for inactivity. Pretty sure that should help our case!

Support got back to me, Timneh was indeed correct re: 30 days.
With an unresponsive lvl1 player of 41 points as AM, we will look to start our own Fellowship.
Just a shame, but rules are rules.
Thanks for the help!
