Hmm, I was trying to put some KP on a wonder to one of my fellows, it says he has had enough help for now!!?? Cant put anything in any of his wonders.

It seems to me the wonders are full of kp currently, or in the rune phase or upgrading. Message the person if they asked in swaps etc for the kp, or find another fellow to place the kp.

In addition to what @m4rt1n said... it may also be that they have received more Knowledge Point Donations than they have given out due to the Knowledge Point Limit 
If the Player in Question begins to donate out to their Fellows, once they have "re-balanced" they should be able to receive more!
