Question Ancient Knowledge tokens used in a fellowship

I have heard that ancient knowledge tokens provide a greater value when applied to a fellowship member's wonder than when applying to your own. Can you confirm and expand on this? I could find nothing in the wiki.

Yes, if you add a rune shard to someone else's wonder they get 15kp.
If you add it to your own wonder then the value is 10kp.
I suppose the higher value is to encourage swapping of shards so you both get 15kp on your wonders.

Forgot to add, it's not limited to only your fellows, you can donate to or swap with any neighbour.
There are a few threads on the downside for recipients of excessive donations so don't dump 100's of shards on one player without receiving a similar amount in return.
