I have a city surounded by players that are not active at all or not helpful . Is there a way that I can move my city to a mora active suroundings or not?
Please help it would mean a world to me

I'm afraid that you can't move your city by yourself...
But you can get some help by reaching an active fellowship, and you will probably find some new neighbours by scouting further...

As @tonton-des-bois says, I also strongly recommend joining a good fellowship. Maybe make a post in one of these sections:

When you are in a fellowship, you can trade with everyone in it whether they are near you on the world map or not.

EDIT: I see you are already in a fellowship and have found the recruitment forum- keep building your FS and things will improve.
