Fixed a Bug or not a Bug?

It was bought to my attention earlier today that you no longer get spell fragments when you disenchant an event building on the 'Summonings' tab. Is this a bug and if not is there a reason for this, considering the cost of upgrading the last chapter AWs, it takes huge amounts of spell fragments. Crosses fingers and hopes it's a bug.

I hope this is just visual but you are correct, it shows that you receive 0 spell fragments from disenchanting anything in the summonings tab.....confirmation from the mods should enlighten us on this

This was before I read Herodite's confirmation that it's a bug.

The question has been asked on the place that shall not be named as to whether Players will actually receive the Spell Fragments they have lost. The simple answer is im not sure but im asking the question!
