Error : Unable to move any units at all in battle. Turntable does not even show my units.

According to that picture, you have no troops there, indicated by the zeroes on your side of the screen. I note that that is a tournament battle, at a level I have not done yet. Is it possible you are supposed to have a neighbour in there? And because you don't, there are no troops.

It's still a bug, because you should have gotten some warning.
