After today's update the notifications are no longer in chronological order. The last notification is on page 7 and all the others are scrambled. Not very handy if you're an Archmage and you have to keep track of everything manually already...

Is it expected to be fixed quickly? How was this not picked up on beta when the update was installed there?

to bring a bug that was found whilst in trial within Beta to the main worlds without fixing AGAIN is just a joke! Notifications is the ONLY way we can keep on top of fs members visiting habits. Once again the devs have messed it up. This must be the only game I know where the devs don't understand what the BETA concept actually is for....... weird they are so ignorant of this with all their knowledge?? What a shambles! Total shambles! Guess many many more members will walk following all those who have already done so. Sad and sorry state of affairs. Seems the devs are intent on destroying what COULD be a decent game.

I very much agree! And if such a bug is "accidentally" introduced then the proper course of action would be to immediately go back to the previous version, fix the bug and only then release the new version. Instead of just forcing players to just live with it.

It is not a question of unscrambling eggs it a question of going back to a point in time before the eggs where scrambled.

That would be the point in time when the last database backup was made just before the new version was uploaded.

The folks who spent Diamonds for items that no longer existed, would not be pleased.

Changes are both the blessing and the curse of incremental updates. BUT, it's something that we're all used to.

The number of diamonds would be the same as before they were spent, as that information is in the database as well.
So restore to a previous backup, restore the amount of diamonds possessed at the time the backup was made.

The only problem I see is with players who might have purchased diamonds after the backup was made. They'd have to be refunded or the diamonds added to the backup.

As Avatrix has stated above, the issue was confirmed and sent to the development team for fixing. We are pushing for this error to get fixed as soon as possible. As soon as we learn more, we will share the information with you.
