Current situation:
__ There is a black bar (approx 2-3 mm thick) under the decline button of the RQ's and under the cancel button after selecting the decline button.

Reproduction Steps
1. __ Select a declinable quest and see the bar under the decline button
2. __ Select decline and see the bar under the cancel button

5. __

My screen shows that the black bar under the decline button is always there. See attached Jpeg

1. __ Click on the decline-able quest. Pop up shows a thick black bar directly below
