Current situation:
When on Province Map (clicked into province), scouting tooltips show as though on World Map

Expected situation:
Scouting tooltips should only show in World Map

Reproduction Steps:
1. Open World Map
2. Note the position of any locked province
3. Click into any unlocked province
4. Hover cursor over position of where locked province was

Note: For easy reproduction, do not move the maps at all, as the positions need to line up

In this example, the tooltip showing is from the lower sector between 'piplette' and 'Cheryl Woods'

Edit: Additional information. The tooltip for a busy scout also shows through in the same way as that for a locked province.

Thank you for reporting this issue @Bartimaeus46 . It is a known issue on which there's currently being worked so hopefully this one will be resolved soon!

Ah, I was wondering if clicking through and scouting was possible but couldn't check at the time as I was already scouting. Meant to test that after but forgot. Good to know, I'll be careful.
