Reproducibility: 5/5 (1/5 = happened once; 2/5 = happens randomly; 3/5 = happens sometimes; 4/5 = happens often, but not always; 5/5 = happens always)

Current situation:
On Tournament Province Checkpoint screen, combined points total listed as 664, with mine as 332. No-one else listed as participating neighbours. This is the case for provinces 1-3. In Province 4, I have 174 and a neighbour is listed as Rank 2 with 118. Total is 328 (36 missing?).

Expected situation:
Provinces 1-3 expected to see the other participating neighbours in the list. Maybe a bug listing equally placed rankings?
Province 4 expecting another 36 points coming from somewhere.

Reproduction Steps
1. __Play several tournament provinces and diminishing rounds in each. Happens every tournament.

Having just done another round of tournament blows my theory about not being able to list joint ranks.
