When I look at a tournament it tells me on one hand that another player is the best in a province, but when I go and look at total help its empty and I'm the only one doing it

The first image shows that user ashfoot is the best player in province 4

So I click on province 4 and it shows me the second image, I'm the only one in it
(I think this screen is not showing the other users)

I have this issue too.

Last tournament ended with me suddenly winning 3 instead of just 1. The other provinces I only have the same points as the other players though I did complete it earlier before anyone started. But the score table indicated they won in the other provinces.... most of them are considered long time comrades . It is making everyone look bad
