Why does the game get "confused" when I hover over a neighbour Main Hall showing , for example , level 23 when it is only level 3 ?

The "why?" is a good question. We are aware that it sometimes does this, even though it (obviously) shouldn't. Closing and reopening the tooltip resolves the issue.
