Quest: use 3 booster instants
What are they, I have tried instants and enchantments from the inventory but to no avail.
So what and where are they please?

Those should be time boosters. And the wording of that quest would benefit from some boost as well. :-/

I just had the same issue. Had the word "time" been included it would have been sooooo much clearer
