Answered When to sell off Fairy Portal and Gardens

Hello, I am commencing the section on Orcs and Goblins, currently researching Advanced Scouts. Can I now (with confidence) sell off the Fairy Portal and gardens, in preparation for the Orc Portal, Mushroom farms etc?

There is a quest I believe to sell the portal, so if you want that reward wait for the quest. Everything else can go, but while deleting they return half the coins and supplies spent on them, so quite a lot that can be used to buy kp or goods in the wholesaler.
