I can't see anywhere on the tree where i can upgrade my lvl 15 residences??

Yes i know there are magic residence for diamonds but i have seen people with higher than level 15 residences, i just want to know where on the research tree they are??

Chapter VI - Dwarves. See the tech Dwarven Style Residences (or whatever the exact name is).

When you move into the Dwarves chapter, you have this research:

This will let you upgrade higher than level 16.
