Answered What Encounters will achieve this?

In the Quest "Tactical Advantage 1", the second part reads: " Fight and win 3 encounters". I have fought and won numerous encounters in Province, Spire, and Tournament. Why am I not being awarded this quest? And yes, I have been awarded the first part, which was to gain 3 crystal relics.

Fight and win 3 encounters pertains to ONLY the provinces......but personally if there is a decline button, you can decline the quest unless you need the reward from completing it
