Answered Unable to open City expansion

I have just research and paid in goods for the City Expansion 11 - it will not allow me to open a new area. Just says I have to go to research, which obviously I've just done.

This is the second time this has happened - is there a glitch or do I have to open 10 first?

I know I've opened city expansions in different orders before without mishap.

I suggest you put in a ticket to Support:
