Can you turn buildings, like the marble factory and blue flowers??
Want to turn then 90 degrees, but don't know how.

Yep, as Elmo said, there is no building rotation in the game. A major part of the game is planning your city, fitting everything you need in your town like tetris. That's actually one of the reasons that buildings are odd shapes in the first place, to challenge the player.

There is at least one thread in the ideas/suggestions section, but I wouldn't get your hopes up as I doubt they will implement it (similar suggestions have been denied in other inno games for multiple reasons.)
