Question treasures and fellow help

i have an issue with collecting treaures (watch a video) they dont play. I have cleared my cache and restarted my laptop, as told by support

now i cant give my fellows support for the last 2 days either.

my game has started glitching. im frustrated and want to stop playing elenar

unfortunately there could be many of things happening but we would need more info.....videos not playing, does it say anything when you try or just black screen......when you say game is glitching, exactly what do you mean.......if in chrome, ensure it's updated to the latest version, make sure all your drivers are updated as well.....can you play videos on some other website or not......
