Answered Training Grounds production speed

I see that the Needles of the Tempest increases the training speed of the Barracks and the Flying Academy increases the training speed of the Mercenary Camp , but what about the Training Grounds ? Why can't we increase the training speed of that troop producing building ?

I just thought that the Training Grounds came before the Mercenary Camp , so they'd overlooked it.

I would like to see this. some of the AWs offer very little, this would be a very worthy one to have for all who choose fighting over catering.
