on the iPad app the trader looks like he is surrounded by buildable space, even though in reality he is not. Could you check it out please? Thanks

I find the Elven Architect program to be most helpful in situations like this. Helps find those itzy bitzy structures that block when you need to expand, or those hidden open spaces to fill with stuff like culture or mana production.

Great planning tool too (like for Guest Race structures).

They are spaces you can build on aren't they. Try placing a 1x1 culture and see if it is a space.

It is not a real space unfortunately, you cannot put anything on it, it is very misleading

Yes, it is a useful tool. I save the link in Word so I can update it

It is a bug, they are working on it. If you click on the move arrows then on the trader you can see the actual space he is occupying. Some of the plank manufacturers are the same.
