The Temporal Phoenix generates a Time Booster every 24 hours, the number and duration growing with each Chapter of the Temporal Phoenix.
The Temporal Phoenix accumulates fractional wasted Time Boosts as Temporal Potential, and produces 2-hour boosts when 2 hours of Temporal Potential have been accumulated.

When fed, the Temporal Phoenix reclaims a fraction of used Time Boosts as additional Temporal Potential, maybe from 2-20% over Levels 1-10. Feeding Effect lasts 8 hours.
