Spells Splitting Dragon Abbey Spell bonuses

Hi Gurus, I have come across several players mentioning that they wish there was an instant Seed production building, and I thought it might be a good idea to split up the bonuses given from using the various spells when the Dragon Abbey is in play.
Perhaps it could create Mana from Ensorcelled Endowments, Seeds from Power of Provision, and Unarium from Magical Manufactoring?
Obviously this would need to be staggered until each new resource is unlocked, providing the previous bonus until then...

Good idea @Frost Crystals.

Divine seeds and unurium are a constant choke point. Given that they are both an essential part of goods production, there should be more ways to generate these items in far greater quantities. Or, heavens forbid, even purchase them at a fair/generous price.
