Splitting Dragon Abbey Spell bonuses

Hi Gurus, I have come across several players mentioning that they wish there was an instant Seed production building, and I thought it might be a good idea to split up the bonuses given from using the various spells when the Dragon Abbey is in play.
Perhaps it could create Mana from Ensorcelled Endowments, Seeds from Power of Provision, and Unarium from Magical Manufactoring?
Obviously this would need to be Staggered as each new resource is unlocked, providing the previous bonus until then...
Thoughts?

Oh boy! With the new changes just announced to reduce Mana from the Dragon Abbey, maybe this is not such a good idea after all!

@Frost Crystals Your original idea is quite good but yeah, maybe better not to ask fro anything concerning AWs now since they are butchering them as it is.

Tks @owl76 - that change look horrendous. Is that coming to live servers anytime soon? I seriously hope not, or what's the point in upgrading aws?
